HeadsetCanada/ABC Sales, Repair & Warranty Policies

HeadsetCanada/ABC provides many benefits to our customers in connection with our headset solutions, service, warranty and repairs.

We invest considerable consulting time and provide the highest level of service in discussing your particular needs. We find the right solution that is compatible with your Telephone System. We also provide 14 Day Trial Return Periods to ensure you are completely satisfied with your headset purchase.

We provide a full “One Year” Manufacturer Parts and Labor Warranty on your wireless equipment and a full “Two Year” Manufacturer Parts and Labor Warranty Service on your wired equipment for any reason the equipment fails in use. This warranty enables you to simply ship the equipment to the manufacturer and they will return ship a newly refurbished unit normally within a few business days.

Some of our clients just don’t have the time to make arrangements for repair of their equipment so we would be happy to do it for you. Contact our office and we will issue you an ABC RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) and you can send the equipment to us. We will make the arrangements for the repair and return of your equipment for a very affordable processing fee of $35.00.

Our customer service department is also open Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm to help you with any questions or concerns.
